崗位描述：科研任務(wù)：主要從事全球治理、國(guó)家治理和社會(huì)治理（含數(shù)字治理）理論和應(yīng)用研究，構(gòu)建中國(guó)公共治理的基本理論和全球治理理論體系。承擔(dān)全球化與治理、外交戰(zhàn)略與政策、發(fā)展理論與實(shí)踐、社會(huì)學(xué)與社會(huì)政策等專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和方向課程
教學(xué)任務(wù)：每學(xué)年承擔(dān) 112 學(xué)時(shí)的課程教學(xué)工作（優(yōu)先考慮如政治學(xué)，全球治理，國(guó)際關(guān)系與外交戰(zhàn)略等課程）。其它：每年公共服務(wù)工作應(yīng)達(dá)到學(xué)院規(guī)定要求。根據(jù)申請(qǐng)人資格條件確定聘任助理教授、副教授、教授職務(wù)。?Research Tasks: To conduct research in the areas of global governance, international relations and diplomatic strategy, and international development, and to maintain a high level of academic production.
Teaching Tasks: To undertake 112 hours of course teaching per academic year (we prefer candidates willing to provide courses particularly concerning political science, global governance, international relations and diplomatic strategy).
Other requirements: To participate in a certain amount of public service work as required by the School.資格條件：1.遵守教師職業(yè)規(guī)范，秉持優(yōu)良師德師風(fēng)，愛崗敬業(yè)、為人師表、立德樹人、關(guān)愛學(xué)生、服務(wù)社會(huì)。2.原則上具有博士后研究經(jīng)歷或兩年以上在研究型大學(xué)或研究機(jī)構(gòu)工作的經(jīng)歷。3.研究方向具有前沿性、基礎(chǔ)性，符合學(xué)院學(xué)科方向需要。4.能夠勝任國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)的需要，開設(shè)本學(xué)科方向的中文或英文基礎(chǔ)課程和專業(yè)課程。5.具備發(fā)表國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)成果、開展國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流、參與國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)事務(wù)的能力。6.學(xué)術(shù)研究水平在同年齡段國(guó)內(nèi)同行中名列前茅，達(dá)到同年齡段國(guó)際同行的前列水平。?1. 2. The candidate in principle should have postdoctoral research experience or more than two years of work experience in a research-oriented university or institution.
3. Research interests of the candidate are leading and fundamental, which fit the needs of the disciplinary development of the School.
4. The candidate should meet the standards of international talent training and be able to offer basic and specialized courses in Chinese or English.
5. The candidate should be able to publish research works on international platforms, carry out international academic communications and exchanges, and participate in international academic events.
