崗位描述：

科研任務(wù)：主要從事全球治理、國家治理和社會治理（含數(shù)字治理）理論和應(yīng)用研究，構(gòu)建中國公共治理的基本理論和全球治理理論體系。承擔全球化與治理、外交戰(zhàn)略與政策、發(fā)展理論與實踐、社會學與社會政策等專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和方向課程 教學任務(wù)：每學年承擔 112 學時的課程教學工作（優(yōu)先考慮如政治學，全球治理，國際關(guān)系與外交戰(zhàn)略等課程）。 其它：每年公共服務(wù)工作應(yīng)達到學院規(guī)定要求。 根據(jù)申請人資格條件確定聘任助理教授、副教授、教授職務(wù)。 Research Tasks: To conduct research in the areas of global governance, international relations and diplomatic strategy, and international development, and to maintain a high level of academic production. Teaching Tasks: To undertake 112 hours of course teaching per academic year (we prefer candidates willing to provide courses particularly concerning political science, global governance, international relations and diplomatic strategy). Other requirements: To participate in a certain amount of public service work as required by the School.

資格條件：

1.遵守教師職業(yè)規(guī)范，秉持優(yōu)良師德師風，愛崗敬業(yè)、為人師表、立德樹人、關(guān)愛學生、服務(wù)社會。 2.原則上具有博士后研究經(jīng)歷或兩年以上在研究型大學或研究機構(gòu)工作的經(jīng)歷。 3.研究方向具有前沿性、基礎(chǔ)性，符合學院學科方向需要。 4.能夠勝任國際化人才培養(yǎng)的需要，開設(shè)本學科方向的中文或英文基礎(chǔ)課程和專業(yè)課程。 5.具備發(fā)表國際學術(shù)成果、開展國際學術(shù)交流、參與國際學術(shù)事務(wù)的能力。 6.學術(shù)研究水平在同年齡段國內(nèi)同行中名列前茅，達到同年齡段國際同行的前列水平。 1. The candidate in principle should have postdoctoral research experience or more than two years of work experience in a research-oriented university or institution. 3. The candidate should be able to publish research works on international platforms, carry out international academic communications and exchanges, and participate in international academic events. 6.
